Using our Gerber to .STL file conversion service you can convert your 2 layer PCB design to industry standard .stl or .amf file formats for use with your dual extruder 3D printer. This is the same rapid PCB processes we use in-house for our own designs.

» Step 2: We'll promptly reply with a preview of your 3D design and a quote
» Step 3: Check your PCB design is complete and accurate using our STL viewer
» Step 4: After payment we'll generate and review your .stl files to ensure they are error free
» Step 5: We email your completed .stl files (or .amf format if preferred)
» Step 6: Use your dual extruder 3D printer to print the .stl files*
» Step 7: Cold mount your TTH or SMD components using Silver Conductive Varnish or Wire Glue™
» Step 8: Test your new circuit!
*Note: Use regular PLA or ABS in one extruder and low-resistance, electrically conductive ABS in the other extruder
You'll receiver two .stl files (or one .amf file); one for the substrate layer and the other for the "copper" layers. The copper layers must be printed with electrically conductive ABS or PLA and may include drill holes, plated holes, SMD pads, vias and all the ususual artifacts you'd normally find on a 2 layer fiberglass and copper board.
Only rectangular board designs accepted for processing at this time and a maxium of 2 layers. Substrates are automatically 1.6mm thick but other thicknesses may be requested by special order.
